  DataIngestionJob, CoastalPoint, ImpactScore, UserFeedback)
- Migration initiale manuelle avec CREATE EXTENSION postgis,
  toutes les tables, index GIST et BTREE
- doctrine.yaml configuré pour PostgreSQL 16 + types PostGIS
- Roadmap Phase 0 complète
